About us
We place for fit
Finding candidates who look good on paper is just the beginning of the service we provide. Finding candidates that are the right fit for your culture and your specific needs what we ultimately strive for. Studies published in the Harvard Business Review confirm that job-fit is the most important factor in successful job performance. That’s why, at Talentworks, we are all about matching the right candidates with the right opportunity, within the right organization.
What makes us different?
1. We work closely with our candidates to ensure their success – this means that we are often the firm top talent will turn to when looking for a career change
2. We go beyond the resume and the interview – we use profiling (psychometric evaluation) to provide us with insights into a candidate's personality, behavior and the likelihood that they will succeed in your organization
3. We plan ahead and really get to know your business, so we are always on the lookout for your next hire
4. We hire for your needs whether you need full time, contract or project-based roles
5. We are passionate about “finding the right fit” and it shows in the results we get for our clients
