Hotel General Manager

Reporting to the President and CEO, you will provide the leadership to propel the continued growth of this leading Halifax hotel.
As General Manager you will manage diverse teams and inspire them to achieve greater results. Your operational strengths include evaluation of current practices and implementing improved methods. You will ensure operations and budgets are met on a consistent basis. You have experience in managing food and beverage services and strive for exceptional customer satisfaction in all aspects of hotel service delivery. You have sales and marketing experience and understand how to driven for result, demonstrate creativity, and understand how to align a team of like-minded individuals to build business and a culture designed to engage repeat clientele.
You will have been in hotel management for a minimum of 7 years. Experience in international hotel management will be considered an asset. Food and Beverage management is a requirement.
