Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the company’s Human Resources team.

This new position, Human Resources - Regional Manager, will be based in New Brunswick and will provide coaching, guidance and day to day direction to the operations leadership team and serve as a resource on all human resource matters.  Quarterly regional travel within the Atlantic provinces is a requirement of the position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with prior experience in a fast paced environment and must possess skills in the following areas:   personnel management, the disciplinary process, recruitment, labour relations, succession management and labour compliance. A minimum requirement of a College/Bachelor degree and/or related experience; CHRP designation considered an asset.
