You have been practicing law for a minimum of 5 years with a primary focus in M&A and Securities. Working with the Partner(s) dedicated to the corporate commercial practice, and other practice members, you will have an opportunity for accelerated growth. The client base is diverse and expanding. You will be intimately involved in all aspects of the file.
